Returns, Refunds and Cancellations :
Soap is an intimate and sanitary product which we cannot resell once it leaves Squish Soaps Headquarters and therefore cannot accept returns.
Cancellation of an order cannot be accepted if the order has already been shipped.
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us and we will rectify the situation for you as quickly as we can.
Shipping
We Ship Worldwide
Orders are usually shipped 1-2 days from order date. We use Sendle and Australia Post as our local courier.
When placing your order please make sure your delivery address is correct, we are not responsible for theft of your order or if your order arrives at a wrong address.
Soaps
Almost of our Soaps are Vegan friendly and will be stated in the product description if otherwise. Products that contain Goat Milk and bee products will be marked clearly so please read the description of our Soaps with care to find the right product for you.
